Cancellation Policy for McClure Acupuncture
Thank you for choosing McClure Acupuncture for your wellness journey. We deeply value your time and commitment to your health and strive to provide the best care possible. To ensure that we can effectively accommodate all our patients, we have established the following cancellation policy.
No-Call, No-Show Policy
If a patient does not show up for their scheduled appointment without giving any prior notice, the entire treatment price will be charged. This means:
– Initial appointments will incur a $150 charge.
– Return appointments will incur a $105 charge.
– Microneedling appointments will incur a charge ranging from $195 to $325, depending on the specific treatment booked.
We understand that life happens, and in these cases, we’d like to offer the opportunity to make up the missed appointment within one week without incurring an additional charge. This ensures you receive the care you need while respecting our practice’s time and resources.
Same-Day Cancellations
A same-day cancellation is defined as canceling your appointment on the day of the scheduled visit. For example, if your appointment is at 3:00 PM and you cancel at 11:00 AM, this is a same-day cancellation. In such cases, a $45 fee will be charged to your account.
Cancellations with Less Than 24-Hour Notice
Providing less than 24 hours’ notice before canceling an appointment will result in a $35 fee. For instance, if your appointment is at 3:00 PM and you cancel at 10:00 PM the evening before, this would fall under the less-than-24-hour notice category.
Credit Card Requirement
To better serve all our patients and secure appointments, we now require a credit card on file when booking. This ensures that appointments are held and allows us to enforce our cancellation policy fairly.
Rescheduling and Canceling Appointments
Rescheduling or canceling appointments can be done easily through email verification or any of the email reminders sent to you. It is the patient’s full responsibility to manage their appointments promptly to avoid fees or inconveniences.
Grace Period for Make-Up Appointments
In the event of a no-call, no-show for appointment, you will be charged the full amount immediately but will have the opportunity to reschedule and make up the missed session within one week without additional charges. However, for same-day cancellations or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, the grace period will be shortened to either the same day or by the end of the working week.
